ôhe psychedelic cover art was designed
to fit the Moodies' new image, forsaking
the 'blues' look -- despite the fact that
the record within was exactly the same as
_Go Now_. _In The Beginning_ was deleted
from London's catalog in the mid-70s:
_Go Now_ remained in the catalog until
the late 80s.
òolygram issued these tracks on CD when
_Go Now's_ UK counterpart (originally
Decca UK: LK 4711) was released worldwide as
_The Magnificent Moodies_ (1989)
London/Polygram 820 758-2
ôhis CD also contains a number of bonus
tracks, consisting of recordings culled from
singles, B-sides, and EPs (indicated by

óastle Communications (UK) has issued two
versions of their LP/CD _The Moody Blues Collection_
(1987: CCS 105) which contain many of the above tracks;
there was also a Castle compilation called
_Early Blues_ issued in 1985.
ôeldec (W Germany) also released three collections,
_The Beginning_ (1973: 6.21645), _Nights in White
Satin_ (1974: 6.24203) and _A Dream_ (1976: 6.28362),
which include many of the above tracks, the latter
including all the cuts from the 1966 UK EP
_Four Titles_.
